Upon a recommendation during a trip to KL, we consulted Clarisound. The team was incredibly meticulous; they conducted a thorough hearing test and discovered that the devices had been neither accurately mapped to her hearing profile nor properly fitted. Ms. Tin and Ms. Iffah took the time to recalibrate the aids and patiently coached my mother on the correct insertion technique. They also ensured she could seamlessly navigate the Bluetooth connectivity for direct call streaming. The transformation in my mother’s quality of life has been remarkable. She is now competent in managing her devices, hears with much greater clarity, and has regained her confidence. I took my dad who is 83 years old for ear check and hearing aid fitting. My dad is not an easy person to deal with but he came out all smile, thumbs up and satisfied.
