It is not usual for me to write any testimonial or recommendation for a service or product I used. But Clarisound is a Professional hearing aid service company I want to share, as it has truly changed & enhanced my lifestyle due to hearing impairment after cancer treatment. Not to mention the product is highly sophisticated and excellent, the professional service is really really good. There can be many similar hearing aid companies out there, but honestly, Clarisound is exceptional. I do not feel like a patient or paying customer but a friend that the company is caring for!!
My dad was a customer of another hearing aid company. When he went there to get a hearing aid, he was promised a lifetime free service etc. After purchasing the hearing aid, no one called to follow up to service his hearing aid. The company just disappeared!!
We had no one to go to until we found Clarisound. The team is very helpful, friendly and professional. They figured out what happened to my dad’s hearing aid as he couldn’t hear anything. Essentially, previous hearing aid company told my dad to use some liquid they gave on the hearing aid when it shouldn’t be used on the receiver!

We have all heard the sales patter “This is the latest technology on the market”, Well when you have a severe hearing loss you are prepared to try anything that could improve your quality of life. Having worn hearing aids now for over eight years with no great improvement, I was still unable to join in conversations in restaurants, for fear of making a fool of myself when picking up words wrongly. It became so bad I just dropped out and didn’t join in. My wife was so frustrated repeating everything not once but four or five times, and making excuses for my not joining in.
Now with my hearing aids from Clarisound what a difference it makes. I realise I will never get back my normal hearing, but now I can control the environment I am in and hear people and join in conversations, speak on the telephone (landline) and mobile phone via Bluetooth. The technology is great, it takes time to adjust to this new system, it does not answer all of the problems but it goes a very long way to doing so. My quality of life has improved ten – fold, thank you Clarisound and Phonak.
